We are so pleased to welcome Wynny Sillito, a volunteer with Threads of Life, who will share her personal story of workplace tragedy. Wynny is a safety specialist and retired first responder who has had a unique and intimate experience with workplace tragedy. As a strong advocate for workplace and psychological safety, she seeks to inspire others by sharing the lessons she has learned along her journey dealing with the effects of occupational trauma. Throughout her career, she has been closely involved with several serious workplace incidents, but none has influenced her career more than her own personal experience with workplace tragedy. In sharing her story, Wynny hopes to prevent other workers and their families from experiencing a tragedy of their own.
